PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A BANK RECOMMENDATION

Write a letter addressed to the Executive Director, NGO Bureau requesting for a bank recommendation |

Attach a certified copy of the permit of operation and certificate of registration |
| 3. |
Attach a photocopy of the TIN Certificate of the Organization |
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A TAX EXEMPTION

Organizations should apply to the Permanent Secretary of its line ministry requesting for a waiver |
| 2. |
Attach a Certified copy Photocopy of the certificate of registration and permit of operation |
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A LETTER OF GOOD STANDING

| 1. |
Write a cover letter addressed to the Executive Director, NGO Bureau requesting for a letter of good standing |
| 2. | Attach Original proof of payment for certification of Permit of operation and Certificate of Registration. |
| 3. | Attach a Photocopy of the Permit of Operation and Certificate of registration in Black and white. |
| 4. | Attach a letter or email from the requesting entity. |
| 5. | A copy of a certificate from the Personal Data Protection Office ( PDPO) |
| 6. | A copy of a Certificate from the Financial Intelligence Authority ( FIA) |
| 7. | A copy of registered Beneficial Ownership particulars with URSB |
| 8. | Proof of filing up-to-date annual returns |

Before applying for any of the above recommendations, ensure that:
1. The Organisation appears on our Updated National NGO Register (UNNR)
2. Up to date submission of Annual Returns
