Today, The National Bureau for Non- Governmental Organisations (NGO Bureau) under the Ministry of Internal Affairs held the inauguration and swearing-in ceremony for the NGO Bureau Board of Directors and Adjudication Committee at the Ministry of  Internal Affairs headquarters in Kampala. The ceremony was presided over by the Hon. Maj Gen. Kahinda  Otafiire.  In his opening remarks, the Hon. Minister called upon the new members of the NGO Bureau Board of Directors and Adjudication Committee to put Uganda and Africa first at all times. The Hon. Minister also encouraged them not to fear conflict while executing their work but instead learn how to resolve it.
